HPLC Analysis of Proteins

At HTL Biosolutions, Inc., we provide analytical services on a full range of HPLC analysis of proteins, including size-exclusion (SEC), ion-exchange (IEX), hydrophobic interaction (HIC) and reversed-phase (RP) HPLC chromatography.  We also provide peptide-mapping service according to customer's specific request.

Key Benefits

  • Analysis of protein aggregates
  • Analysis of protein degradants such as clip, cyclization and fragmentation
  • Analysis of chemical modification of proteins such as oxidation, deamindation

Capabilities

Size-exclusion chromatography (SEC-HPLC)
This technique is often used to provide quantitative analysis of protein aggregates and clips.
Ion-exchange chromatography (IEX)
Anion-exchange to characterize protein charge isoforms, and deamindated species.
Cation-exchange to characterize protein charge isoforms, and deamindated species.
Reversed-phase chromatography (RP-HPLC)
Quantitative analysis of protein degradants such as oxidation, deamindation and clips.
Hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC)
Analysis of protein variants under non-denaturing condition.
Peptide Mapping
Determination of degradations occurring at specific amino acid positions.
