Structural analysis of monoclonal antibody aggregates by FTIR and Raman spectroscopic techniques

We recently added a FTIR spectrometer with the latest technology.  FTIR is a powerful probe to analyze protein secondary structures and conformational dynamics.  FTIR microscopy can also be employed to determine if particles encountered during process/formulation development are proteins or not.
